History and production
Where it is
The distillery is in Enfield, north London.
The story
Founder Ian Puddick found that the building he used as an office had once been a bakery known for selling homemade gin that was illegal. He tracked down the family involved, found the recipe had been passed down, and set about recreating the gin in the old bakery. Local press reported that he bought the site as a base for his plumbing firm, not to make gin.
What it makes
The distillery says it makes spirits in small quantities. Its range covers gin, rum and malt whisky.
