Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure

Whisky Clan is operated by Creatos Media Ltd. Our site includes editorial content and our own merchandise shop. We also plan to work with advertisers, brands and affiliate networks.

Commercial relationships

Where a link is an affiliate link, we may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase or take another qualifying action. The retailer determines its prices and terms. A paid partnership, sponsored feature or relevant affiliate relationship will be clearly identified close to the content or link so that you can recognise advertising before engaging with it. This page supports those disclosures; it does not replace them.

We will disclose relevant free products, hosted visits or other benefits when they could affect how readers understand a recommendation. Opinions and ratings should reflect the reviewer’s assessment. Commercial relationships do not justify unsupported product or environmental claims.

Buying from other businesses

Purchases through third-party retailers are contracts with those retailers, and their delivery, returns and privacy terms apply. Whisky Clan’s own marketplace listings are distinct from affiliate links to another seller.

Advertising technology

We plan paid campaigns on platforms including Meta and Google. Running an advertisement does not by itself mean all visitors are tracked on our website. Any active tracking, audience matching or conversion measurement must be covered by our Privacy and Cookie Policies and required consent choices.
