Delivery Policy

Effective date: 25 October 2026.

Whisky Clan products are currently made and fulfilled through Printful. Production time is separate from shipping time. The available destinations, delivery options, charges and any estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout. Availability can differ by product and destination.

Production and delivery

Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is provided when available. Estimates are not guarantees, but this does not remove our responsibility to deliver within an agreed period or the rights you have if delivery is late. For UK consumer purchases, unless another time is agreed, the usual statutory delivery deadline is 30 days. Contact info@whisky-clan.com if an order is late or missing so we can investigate and provide the remedy required.

Addresses, customs and charges

Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us quickly about errors. We will explain any unavoidable additional cost before asking you to pay it; this does not transfer responsibility for our mistakes to you. For international orders, checkout identifies charges collected by us. Import taxes, duties or carrier handling fees may arise separately where disclosed and legally payable by the recipient. We do not use customs or carrier involvement to exclude our statutory responsibilities.

Damage and returns

Please keep helpful packaging/photos and tell us about damage or incorrect goods promptly. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights. A parcel’s dispatch address is not necessarily the correct returns address; contact us for instructions.
