Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 25 October 2026.

Who we are

Whisky Clan is a trading name operated by Creatos Media Ltd (England and Wales company 11621134). Registered office: 102-105 Lichfield Street, Tamworth, United Kingdom, B79 7QB. Contact: info@whisky-clan.com. These terms govern this website and purchases made directly through it. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using the website

Our whisky content is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their location. Use the site lawfully, keep account access secure, and do not interfere with security, infringe intellectual property, or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Our articles and reviews express editorial opinions and general information; check current product, venue and travel details with the relevant provider.

Whisky Clan content and branding are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view content for personal use and share links. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law permits it.

Products, prices and ordering

Product descriptions, sizes and available options appear on the product page. Screen colours can vary; this does not remove your right to goods that match their description. Many products are made to order by Printful. Made-to-order production alone does not make an item legally personalised or remove cancellation rights.

The currency, price, delivery costs and applicable charges payable through our checkout are shown before you submit an order. Any import charges not collected through checkout are addressed in our Delivery Policy. We will not charge an increased price for an accepted order without your agreement.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt acknowledges that offer; the contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. If we cannot accept an order, including because of availability or an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and refund payments taken for the unaccepted order. If a correction is needed, you may choose whether to proceed at the corrected price.

Delivery, cancellations and problems

Our Delivery Policy explains production and shipping. Our Returns and Refunds Policy sets out cancellation and faulty-goods rights and how to contact us. We remain responsible to you as the seller even when Printful or a carrier performs fulfilment. Where consumer law applies, goods remain at our risk until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently arrange.

Marketplaces, advertising and the Forest Fund

Orders placed on eBay or another marketplace also follow that platform’s applicable transaction and dispute procedures. Mandatory consumer protections still apply. Linked third-party shops are responsible for their own sales. Our Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure explains commercial relationships.

The Sustainability Promise explains our £1-per-product Forest Fund commitment from 25 October 2026 and its scope. It is separate from your cancellation and refund rights. No contribution will reduce a refund to which you are legally entitled.

Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. Goods bought as a consumer are supplied for personal use; different terms may be agreed for business purchases.

Contact us first about a complaint with enough information to identify the issue. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections you have where you live. You retain any right to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future use and orders. The version that applied when your order was accepted continues to govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
