History and production
A family distillery in Lenexa
The Kansas City Business Journal describes Union Horse Distilling Co. as a family-owned craft distillery founded in 2010 at 11740 W. 86th Terrace in Lenexa, Kansas. In 2019 Esquire named it the best whiskey distillery in Kansas, pointing to its five-year-old Reserve Straight Bourbon.
