How the whisky is made

Highwood uses Canadian grain spirit, fermentation and distillation before maturation and blending. Distillation and warehouse handling are based in Alberta.

Older Century Reserve and Highwood whiskies may be blends made from particularly aged stocks. Age statements apply to the youngest component in an age-stated bottle, so a 21-year-old is not simply an average age.
