History
The distillery project was established in 2019 by entrepreneurs drawn to the Gaspé Peninsula and its agricultural character.
Its first product, Récif gin, launched in 2020 from the seaside production facility.
In 2025 the distillery bottled its first whisky, Opus No. 1, marking the move from botanical spirits into aged whisky.
Production
The distillery uses a Charentais-style copper pot still heated over an open flame.
Small-batch production is shaped around local ingredients and the coastal Gaspé environment.
