Where is Mercia Distillery?

Who founded it?
Made in Staffordshire, a local business directory, says Mercia Whisky was founded in September 2020 by Jeremy Roney and Paul Horrocks, two friends and self described bourbon drinkers. The directory says they set out to create the UK's finest rye whisky.
First releases and what it offers
The directory says the first products launched in 2021: a small batch four month rye and a White Dog Spirit project that lets buyers custom age spirit straight from the still.
The distillery website now also lists gin, mead, whisky casks, experiences, merchandise and gift vouchers.
It invites visitors to a gin or whisky experience at its lab, and has a founders sign up for whisky buyers.
